The amount of time it takes to build a custom home in north-central Texas depends on the size and complexity of your design and variables like weather and the market.
Lot preparation, such as demolishing an old house or taking out trees, adds another 3-4 weeks.
Estimates are made under the assumption of normal market conditions, allowing for timely responses from clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
If selectable items are not chosen on time, this can cause weeks of delay in construction. Any changes to your design may also delay your construction time.
If there is an unforeseen adjustment in the timeline, we will make sure you are immediately aware!
